Welcome to the new True Lacrosse Marketing Portal!
The True Lacrosse Marketing Team has implemented widespread changes to our workflow and project management. We have two major goals: Increased Efficiency (we want to get you your materials faster) and Increased Transparency (we want you to always know the status of your request). Scroll down to learn more.
Moving forward you can make a marketing request by clicking "submit a ticket" above or by simply sending an email to marketing@truelacrosse.com. There is no longer a need to CC multiple members of the Marketing Team in the hopes of finding the correct person. Requests submitted via the new portal (or emailed to marketing@truelacrosse.com) are routed to the correct team member automatically.
For a live view of all your active marketing requests, create an account here using your True Lacrosse email address. You will then be able to view all of your open requests, now called "tickets." As we transition from our previous platform, some requests made prior to the transition may not appear in your account here. If you are looking for marketing materials for a recently submitted request but don't see any active tickets in your account here, please contact marketing@truelacrosse.com.
If you need changes to existing marketing materials, you can simply reply to the existing email thread or add a note to the ticket in your marketing portal.
